Welcome to BrainBestLifeLab.space. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications and related services provided by BrainBestLifeLab Ltd. by which we offer nature-led mindfulness programs, GPS-guided trails, community forums and optional brainwave feedback. Please read carefully. By using our services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. We protect your digital wellbeing and personal data with care, keeping your mind secure like a Silk Road oasis.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to register. If you are under 16 you may not create an account unless verifiable parental consent is provided as described in our Privacy Policy. When you register you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify support immediately of any suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Service description and disclaimers

BrainBestLifeLab provides educational and wellbeing-oriented content, guided nature experiences and optional non-clinical brainwave analytics. Our offerings are not medical treatment. Content and analytics are for personal enrichment, attention training and digital wellbeing. Users with medical conditions should seek professional medical advice and not rely on our services for diagnosis or treatment. We make reasonable efforts to describe features, availability and safety notes, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or suitability for all environments.

User content and licenses

You retain ownership of user-generated content you post (photos, forum posts, reflections). By posting you grant BrainBestLifeLab Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute and display that content for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving our services, including sharing anonymized excerpts for educational or marketing purposes. If you post content in a private or restricted group, we will treat visibility accordingly but still require the license for internal service operations. Do not post content that violates others' rights or applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

  • Harassing, hateful, illegal or sexually explicit content;
  • Sharing another person's private data without consent;
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer optional analytics or compromise platform security;
  • Using the services for medical diagnostics or unapproved professional practice.

Intellectual property

All platform content not created by users — including design, text, audio, imagery and software — is the intellectual property of BrainBestLifeLab Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any material from the platform for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

No medical or clinical claims

We make no medical claims. Brainwave analytics and wellbeing features are experimental, optional and expressly non-diagnostic. Users should not rely on our content for health decisions. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals about medical issues. We highlight this limitation in onboarding and program descriptions to ensure clear user expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainBestLifeLab Ltd. and our affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months for the services at issue, or one hundred US dollars if you received free services, except where applicable law prohibits such limitation. Outdoor activities have inherent risks. Follow safety guidance in session notes and local instructions; we are not responsible for injuries that result from ignoring safety guidance or local regulations.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BrainBestLifeLab Ltd., its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your user content, or your misuse of the platform.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose safety, legal or security risks. On termination, your right to use the services ends; we may retain copies of data as required for legal or legitimate business purposes and to comply with retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. For users in the EEA, these Terms do not limit any statutory rights provided under EU or local law, including GDPR rights described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will provide notice through the platform or by email where feasible. Continued use of the services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
